Hands down, my favorite Ethiopian restaurant around!

I would to give zero star if I could but since no Zero star i will give one star.I used to get meat from them after I get home the meat is Al ready dark it happens a couple times and then I did call and let them know that meat was not good, but I went back Tuesday to get meat. and then there was a guy behind me waiting in the line, that the guy give it to me meat inside, but the guy was standing behind me. He got meat was hanging wall so he told him how to cut it were to cut it. After I get home. That meat was not good again. And I did find out if they know you well and you give them a tip dinning there they will give you the best meat But people like me get meat only not dining there get the meat whatever left over so I would not recommend this place will never go back again it’s so shame you guys discriminate we all pay the money it’s not something you donate to us ታሳፍራላችሁ .I hope the owner of the restaurant and store will my review .if You guys need meat there will be a best meat place that I can tell you to go is. Harar Market- ሐረር ገበያ.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. They refused to serve us even after repeatedly staing that my dog was a service dog. I will never go here again and it is illegal to refuse entry to service animals.

So I always order pick up from here and have had a good experience however yesterday when I ordered food, I ordered Tibs and brought it home only to find out that Tibs were rock hard burnt in the packaged box. I am sure if I was eating there the staff wouldn’t have served it and thrown it away but knowing I was taking it almost 20 miles away they were being dishonest about it. Left bitter taste as I couldn’t enjoy the meal as I use to when ordering from this place. Moving on I will go to other restaurants and stay away from here. So the restaurant owner feels sorry and is saying that they will fix it next time and they are sorry. Where is the sense of responsibility? If you really sorry, offer to refund me the money instead of expecting me to come to your restaurant again. Everything in this country moves with money and that includes taking responsibility too.
