Best Taiwan milk teas

I'm a fan of their almond jello and taro. The seating area is relaxing and spacious. A good hangout spot If you want fresh fruit go to Sweet Moments, the shaved ice mango/strawberry is lackluster here. The core competencies here are grass jelly, chewy mochi varieties, taro, pretty much anything but their fruit (unless you like it syrupy and frozen)

Liked the menu but had a bad experience. Waited over 30 mins for the order to be ready and had to inquire multiple times. The staff ignored or pushed off a larger order.

Waited a really, really long time - probably 22-25 minutes. I was surprised to look around and almost 20% of the place were served. The rest of us waited patiently for a nothing but apathetic staff. The Fremont location was similar, it’s too bad their dessert is decent - cause I won’t ever be back.

Long waiting time. Waited 30 minutes for my order.
