We ordered the number 3 signature bowl. After we ordered via the machine, we took a number and waited and waited and waited…. By the time I went to the counter and the girl looked around for my order and found it half done with some stuff left in the microwave, which she then tossed into the bowl. She gave to me the bowl, and then suddenly took it back saying something else was missed. So she took a spoon and threw some additional stuff into the small container and put it in the microwave. And then dumped in the bowl. The bowl was given to me completely different from the photo version. The bowl is half soup! We had to dig for stuff with our spoons. Very disappointed in the sloppy service and the inconsistent quality. To the owner: your workers are destroying your business, slowly but surely. I would never go back!
