Literally the worst customer service ever. Sat at the pay window in drive thru for over 35 minutes because the cashier (young immature boy) made a mistake with payment and undercharged me and could not figure out to resolve this issue. After 30 minutes of patiently waiting I asked to speak with the manager. I was told there was no manager available. Approximately 5 minutes later a woman gave me the cold and soggy food. At that point she apologized and said that the rude immature boy was the owners son. Just the absolute worst fast food experience ever. And I go to plenty of fast foods restaurants and McDonald’s and have never been treated so poorly.
Please tell customers when you’re out of items, best part of the oatmeal is the packet of raisin fruit mix. Had I known you were out, I would’ve bought something else, and because the oatmeal is dry at the bottom, I’ll be coming back for a refund. Simple communication, that’s all customers ask for. Also 3 apple slices for $1.89 is ridiculous.

Happy meal with double fries didn’t get double fries a double cheeseburger and a large iced French vanilla coffee. I waited for over 15 minutes at the third window only to be asked by two people what my order was and there was an order confusion which I get that but 15 minutes for an iced coffee and it wasn’t even made correctly? Definitely not professional instead of resolving me being upset you guys give me a bland tasting coffee. Thanks for wasting my time.
We'll never go to mcdonald's again in life. If i'm going to pay that much for a lousy hamburger I will at least have it served to me on a plate.
