I ordered through the app for pick up, which wasn’t a biggie. It is when I arrived , after being notified my order was ready that I had concerns and issues. I waited for nearly 7 minutes for my order to arrive at my vehicle. The condensation on my drink cup led me to believe my order was ready when I initially was notified. No big deal it’s just a drink, I let it go. Grabbed my food bag from the tray drove off. Got home, noticed one of my Big Mac’s from the shareable meals I ordered was missing, again I was gonna let this go, I had a 10 piece nugget I could eat still! But nope, I was wrong! The nuggets must’ve been cooked and reheated a minimum of 2x’s they were so dry and not edible. So I decided to call the store to inform them I had missing items, my nuggets were cooked more times than allowed but the phone rang and rang! I tried back several times to no avail. I even tried calling days later to the same ring and no pickup! what could’ve been easily resolved has added another poor review. Not that it matters to the establishment. And these are the people that are getting $20/hr the people that have increased the cost of a basic French fry to over $5! No appreciation to the paying customers keeping them with a job! These workers want livable wages but won’t serve an order correctly or give fresh edible food!
Mixed feelings here. They missed a couple of boxes of nuggets (ordered 60 pieces, got 40). Drove back, door closed but good thing there's a customer inside who let us in. Talked to the shift manager and got us the missing orders.
Good but some time too busy
I don’t know any the bread is always hard and kings stale. The pickles were cold. Disappointing when you know how good it can be.
Probably one of the worst customer service ever experienced from the lady in drive through. I come here pretty often, so wasn’t expecting this kind of behavior.
