This is the worst in the area by far. Mobile order with iced coffees, Ladies kept asking us whether we wanted flavor in it or any cream or sugar. Tried telling them that it's a set menu item that usually comes with cream and sweetener. Lady was holding two black coffees, snapped "well that's what we're ASKING YOU right now, if you want cream and sweetener!" Said yes, that's how it's usually served. Got coffees with cream but without sweetener. Medium fries are only half filled. Terrible terrible place.

I understand being under staffed but if it takes forever to make the food atleast get it right.

Lattes and frappes should come with straws. Just ridiculous to think I’m gonna drink a mocha frappe without a straw.

Well what can I say about McDonald's that has not already been said. I am not sure how they stay in business the staff look like future felons and the managers have no control and you are lucky if you get food but you have hit the jack pot if it's what you ordered and hot/fresh. 😳
