Our order taker didn't understand our order 3 x's and still the order wasn't correct when we picked up our food. But the food was good and we went on our merry way.

I have a cookie obsession I make frequent orders for McDonald's 13 cookie special. They are 13 freshly baked warm cookies. Typically they take about 5 to 10 minutes to bake and then bring out to my car. I placed this order and at the lighter side of five minutes it was brought out. I thought wow this is quick until I reached into the bag and the cookies were cold. Definitely not fresh. I'm assuming they were just left over from the display, which would be fine if I walked in and ordered a Cookie specifically out of the display but in this case, I was ordering 13 FRESHLY BAKED cookies I know it may sound ridiculous but if I'm craving warm gooey cookies, cold premade cookies just aren't gonna cut it
