AL LLEGAR AHI ME DICEN QUE TENGO QUE PASAR ADENTRO, PASO ADENTRO Y ME DICEN QUE TENIA QUE HABER RECOJIDO MI ORDEN POR EL DRIVE THRU. PONGAN DE ACUERDO A SUS EMPLEADOS! ENTRENENLOS BIEN PARA QUE SEPAN DAR UN SERVICIO ADECUADO. EN FIN NOS QUEDAMOS SIN COMIDA PORQUE LA MANAGER NO ME PUDO RESOLVER NADA, QUE ELLA NO PODIA HACER NADA Y QUE MI ORDEN APARECIA CANCELADA EN SU SISTEMA CUANDO EN MI APP LA ORDEN ESTABA BIEN, NUNCA LA CANCELE.
When I got to McDonald’s and went through the drive through, the lady didn’t speak English well enough, so when I ordered my drinks they mistook it for something else, and when I got to the window she did not want to receive my code from the app, then when I got to the second window, they tried to give me drinks I didn’t order and when I told them that they were the wrong ones they told me to go back around and make another order for the correct ones and pay again, and they told me to move from the drive through because there was a line behind me and because there were people behind me, then they told me to just go inside and make another order. When I got inside, I told them that they made a mistake and that next time they should put someone who knows English at the window.No one wanted to make my drinks, TERRIBLE SERVICE. I’m not trying to be racist or anything but they need to put someone who REALLY UNDERSTANDS THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE at the windows. I know Latinos are hard workers..
