You're always there for me McDonalds, and your food is always the same

I come here regularly. This place has really turned around, I think they must have gotten rid of the old manager. She was a NASTY MEAN person. Food is usually always fresh and prepared according to customized order. Only complaint I have is I always order fresh cooked fries. Occasionally when I order fresh cooked fries, I can tell they have taken their already cooked fries and JUST DROPPED THEM IN THE FRYIER for another minute or so. NOT THE SAME FLAVOR OR TEXTURE!!

10 min drive thru experience

We came in for a quick bite. To our surprise. We only saw kiosks and QR codes on the tables. We had the means to pay cash but no person to exchange with (no button, bell, or call light to alert anyone either). A worker brought out our food shortly after and they still forgot things - our drinks , condiments, napkins- well at least our server realized what was missing and kept going back and forth to our table. They were nice about it.

** Below is my first review - but I had to come back and change it after my last visit. There is now a poster board over the registers saying you have to order on the self help kiosk, the drink machines don't work so you need a worker to help get a refill and they basically don't come and ask if you need a refill and other than the drive thru, it takes a fairly long time to get your order. This location is always great. Often busy, but service is quick, food is as expected and the people are friendly. One of the better McDonalds I've been to in north county San Diego! Parking: Plenty of parking - but not where you think. It is on the right side of the drive thru as you pull in to the lot...or there is more parking if you drive around the building.

My LARGE fries that I expect to be in a large sized red cardboard box came in a small paper pouch about the size of a typical small fries order. When I talked to the manager she was very rude and not helpful at all. I wonder what is going on at McDonald's that they are halfing the size of their LARGE fries??? Corporate greed??? #No_More_Greedflation If it is about being environmentally friendy I would completley support it but also know that you can easily make the paper pouch big enough to fit the exactly same size you used to get!!! Very disappointed in the unethical tacttics and attemps to cover up the fact that you are now paying eseentially double for your LARGE fries order! NO more! Enough is enough. Last time I bought food at that location.
