Usually I always place an online order through the app to avoid any problems but that's becoming unavoidable at this point. This time I got someone else's order at the drive thru and I came right back around and came into the store with the food and they refused to remake my order. I tried showing them I had the wrong order and I had my receipt and the app receipt but they continued to refuse to remake the order. I've tried contacting customer service and corporate but nobody can offer a solution. I really don't want to dispute the charge with the bank over some McDonald's. Pete really let this location go.
Purchased $20 worth of food. They wouldn’t give me more than 2 packets of ketchup without charging for more. One of the workers kept filling drinks and placing them in the window but was non verbal and seemed really out of it. He piled up 5 drinks and then stood there for 2-3 minutes staring at the drinks before a manager came and pulled him away. 18 minutes to get some burgers and fries and I was the only one in line.
The woman working at the counter was so very nice and helpful.
