I never thought I would give McDonald’s a google review but I’ve pretty much had it with this location. They refuse to take orders through the drive thru. They won’t say anything and just let you sit there. Let the line get long and everyone is just sitting there waiting to find out no one in the store wants to take an order. It’s happened on multiple occasions. If you’re short staffed or whatever, say that. I’ve only been told once after waiting in a line there y’all were short staffed. I mean you’ve got a digital menu outside, how hard is it to put on there “closed early tonight.” Get the store in order or just close the location. I mean really it’s not that hard…I could run it better than who you have running it currently. And by that I mean the owner, not the store manager, because ultimately it falls on the owner of this location.
While trying to enjoy breakfast, a woman with a clearly non-service dog entered the proceeded to sit on the leather sofa at a table and feed her dog on the furniture. The dog was literally licking the couch. Not only is this a health inspection issue, it's an allergen issue for anyone allergic to dogs. Although we and every other person was obviously uncomfortable and disgusted the staff and manager did nothing. So if you're allergic to dogs, do not sit on the sofa facing the kiosks. That dog was licking and walking all over it. Bonus disgust - it was raining today and the dog was walked in from the wet parking lot so good ol' vehicle chemicals dragged onto the furniture as well. I'll be sharing photo and video (if Google allows) of this encounter. March 12th around 10:00 a.m .
I used to eat here every morning and the service was great. Now they only serve one car at a time during breakfast. So you have to wait for the staff to completely complete all the other cars in front of you. I sat there for 40 min this morning and at least 10 cars drove off. They are driving away business for breakfast!
How do you rate a fast food chain restaurant?... The food was mediocre at best. On par with every other McDonald's I've been to. This one didn't seem too dirty. The attendant at the first window offered me a sticker... I think.
The food was hot, and great, but the iced coffee was watered down like it had been sitting out melting for a minute.
Customer service is nonexistent. The food is always wrong and the ice cream machine is always broken. But hey. Free karaoke.
