ice cream machine always down or broke

This morning crew is fantastic….why this is the one McD’s in the area I grab b’fast from. Even when slammed- they’re hustling, they’re polite and the place is always clean. Good management, great team- keep it up guys!

Actually the most miserable experience. If you want a place to eat, avoid any mcdonalds in the area. You can try to use their app, and they will take your points and deliver a coke. That's it. If you decide to eat inside, you won't be able to receive any help from the employees until they've finished their factory workshop of orders that they won't fill correctly. Your only hope is curbside pickup, and even then you'll have to wait forty minutes for cold food. At least the cold food is a standard for them.

No one responded on drive thru spot, had to drive up to the delivery window and the staff just ignord us, finally when we received our food the fries (the iconic McDonald's staple food) were just cold and limpy. Very disappointed.

Took 7 minutes to get one double quarter pounder with nobody else waiting on food.

I'm in the drive through line placing my order and the person taking my order screamed at me "ONE MOMENT" very hatefully and disrespectful. Do not go to this location.

This is the worst McDonald’s in Chattanooga if not the state. I was talked into going back and it never disappoints. They always leave an item out. The hamburger bun is stale. This one needs to close. I hate to say that but at this point it’s true
