Wendy's

I placed a mobile order- family Chili, single burger and three frostys. I left my home about 15 minutes to pick up the order. After waiting over 10 minutes at the drive thru speaker, I pulled around and asked about my mobile order. 17 minutes later my bags were thrust out of the window. It took 27 minutes to get my chili (good) and my burger (mediocre at best) and never got the 3 frostys. This that the third strike for Red Banks Wendy’s. This one has never recovered from COVID. I won’t be back!

Awesome service, very nice employees, I only eat at this Wendy's at all possible costs.

Normally have to wait but the line was moving fast got my food..food was very fresh....will return thanks for the fast food and service

This is the nastiest Wendy's I have ever seen! It reeked of cigarettes and old grease. There were cigarette ashes on the edge of the toilet. Needless to say, I chose to not order any food. Disgusting!

I swear to Christ. The bottom to my son of baconator bun is so hard, if I were to drop it off a 2 story building and it were to accidentally hit someone, they would probably unalive. The burger patties are hard as a rock and feel like they’ve been sitting on the grill for hours. Fries were not salted and tasted old as well. My 2nd and last time coming to this store. Your night shift drive thru employees need to learn customer service and quit yapping away with co-workers and laughing and joking around when someone pulls up to the window. I had a legitimate concern about my order because I forgot something, mentioned that to the gentleman and instead of “would you like us to fix that?” I got a response of “oh, dang” and the window was then shut and I waited for damn near 10 MINUTES for my order anyways. Pretty strange my food was as old as Gandhi yet it took forever to be handed to me. Do better. Wipe house and start fresh with employees who know how to properly do their jobs.

Yall never fail to disappoint..always cold or hard burnt crusty meat or just plain wrong order..I'm done with yall

Slowest drive thru you’ll ever go to. Been twice. If there’s cars in line, I promise just leave. Update: went back for the first time after a year. Still the slowest drive thru you'll ever go to. Third visit. If there's cars in line, I promise just leave. Years of bad reviews with no change.
