My son placed an order through mobile app so I went to pick it up on my lunch break I was waiting at the mobile pick up for 30 minutes watching all employees working no one came to me then finally a female African American employee came and asked only the African American female customer she had a pick up and she didn't assist me at all including im assuming a female manager walking back and forth after minutes all other employees drinking soda and laughing etc... I waived to an employee I gave her my son name for the order and she grabbed me the bag that was just sitting there all that time I was so stressed my ankles were swollen from work and from all wait time without assistance

Went to the drive-thru and gave the young lady(kid) a $20.00 dollar bill for our order of 16.58. She stood there in a daze we sat there waiting and waiting finally my husband asked her about the change and she had the nerve to have an attitude because she could not do her job!!!! Said she had to get change. Now why would your drawer not have 3.42 in it??? Poor drawer management??? Wow The sign on the outside said they were paying $17.00 an hour. They have to be idiots to pay that kid that much for her bad work ethics. Parking: Had to check something

No onions why is that so hard! Everytime i get a burger i make sure to take off onions in the app but somehow even though its on the ticket right infront of them i still get onions. Update: i stopped getting burgers from this location but that didn't help anything cause this is just a terrible location. Had a worker drop my food Infront of me and instead of remaking it she just goes in the back and swaps it into another bag didn't realize till i was already back at work and my food was a complete mess sauce covering everything. I will not be coming here for my breaks anymore

It's fast food . Great on the go . Some of the workers are super rude but some are super nice so it balances out
