The service sucks

Slower than molasses in the wintertime. Then when you get you order it’s terrible

Today 1/23/24 At 6:40pm African American lady working at this location really rude! Rolling the eyes when I was making the orderbecause I took 2 extra second to told her what I wanted. Not professional at all!

Bagel bites cooked well. I've tried them at a couple other places & always seemed room temp to cool. I didn't have to mix my own iced coffee either at that location

Absolutely horrible. There was only 1 worker. Management should be let go, not the employees!! Service was so slow, but that’s expected with 1 employee.

Had coffee only. But for a mall food store its nice enough. The coffee is great which is typical for Dunkin.
