McDonald's

Made an online order on 3/29 but they were close. Been trying to get my money back since then. Saturday they sed it should be refunded in a day or 2. Nothing yet by 4/2. 4/2 they said go to their store or try another store, i live out of state. Filed a dispute 4/2. Now we wait. Last update: fyi its up to the store whether if they want to refund btw. Its a whole process. Mcdonalds can refund only in person. Probably will stop using online ordering with them. Too much complication. Also this store is tricky when contact by phone & on phone. They open & close when they want it seems too.

Honestly surprised this place is even still open ...by far one of the worst McDonald. Also they close early multiple times a week. Service is not a priority for this franchise owner clearly.

The customer service was great they even gave me extra napkins. My little boy Nate was so happy when he saw happy meal. His smile was brighter than the sun when munched on his happy meal. My only complaint is that he couldn't open the apples.He even made his friend little Boston a bit jealous with his toy.

Food was fresh except the fish it was a little dehydrated like fish jerky. Burger was good. Fries a little over cooked or maybe I just got what was scraped from the bottom. But it was fast that was nice.

Visited for breakfast, all employees were wearing plastic gloves except 1 who happened to have a open sore (still slightly bleeding) on the finger of his right hand and appears to be trans whom are more likely to carry hiv/AIDS than others (according to the CDC). I wouldn't have even noticed had he not come out of the kitchen to help the person at the register taking my order. I paid, threw away my food and left because of the possible scene this comment would cause in store which is a sad way for society to have to behave. If we choose a job that puts us in contact with food but our lifestyle puts us at a higher risk of disease than others, we should take precautions to protect our customers even more. He should have been in gloves like everybody else so I wouldn't have even saw the wound and be forced to evaluate the safety/sanitary condition of my food, especially given the fact that he has a open wound and his blood is at higher risk than most.

Most disgusting place to get food ran by a bunch of teenagers that don’t know what the hell they’re doing never again

Staff waited ten minutes to tell me I need to use the kiosk, I was paying cash. It would be “ easier” for them this way. Typical service for this area.

This is twice now that I have had things missing from my order. I guess I'll have to drive across town from now on for my wife to get her fries fix.
