They are not open as late at they claim I start work at 1:30 am every morning I deliberately start my commute 45 minutes earlier than needed so grab a bite to eat here before my shift and I'm disappointed to be refused service 15 minutes before there advertised closing time
These guys need to work on their customer service skills. How hard is it to greet someone?
Service was nice. Can never be too appreciative for restaurants open late.
Apparently I have to say "light ice" to get any soda. Ridiculous amount of ice. Has also gotten my order wrong 3 times now.
Horrible service! Actually… non-existent service. My wife, three kids, and myself walked in to a freezing cold lobby and waited almost 10 minutes just to have every single employee look at us, but not talk to us at all. After we left and headed across the highway to McDonald’s, I called Taco Bell to voice my displeasure about our visit. The woman was pretty nice and apologetic. She told me that I needed to use the kiosk, and that was why we weren’t helped. I asked if there was a sign that stated this, and she said no. I asked how I was supposed to know that when there was no sign, she didn’t have an answer for that. It’s probably a good thing though… half the employees were wearing pajama pants and slippers, and were swearing in front of my children. I know you can’t expect much from a place like this… But I expected a little more than what I got.
When it's fresh, it's really good.
Every day I drive by this taco bell on my way to work and without fail they are always closed for breakfast. So many of us have work at 8 am, why can't this location open before 8?
