They lost my order, I waited till the people behind me got thier order, an when I asked for my order I was told to wait. Another 10 min. And still no food, while other people got theirs. So after 20minutes I walked out. Good riddence.
Thanks for leaving me in the drive through at 6am when all my wife wanted was a quick coffee . I see the 15 bucks an hour thing is really motivating everyone to do an excellent job . Wawa to the rescue with better food and service and prices .
I ordered fries with my points 3000 and they gave cold just because it was technically free. Ridiculous service and food
Got there and decided to walk in because I wanted to use my code and thought it would be easier inside… WRONG! I had a seperate order from the person I was with and I used the kiosk and mine came out fine. The other person had to wait 10 at the counter for someone to take our order and then while we were waiting, apparently they served our order before it was even ready so they did not acknowledge we had an order until I stood in front of their serving counter for 5 mins and she told me my order was strangely not there so they asked me what my order number was and I told them as it still showed it on the screen as now serving. Before I was even at the counter we waited a good 20 mins for our food to be called out. Didn’t even bother with a refund, just wanted to get the heck out of there. Will be contacting corporate.
