Bad business

Cleanliness is the one thing I noticed right away. This location is pretty busy and they are consistently keeping their location clean and they treat their customers with heart and speak to them with integrity. Wheelchair accessibility: I have been in a wheelchair recently and I have seen this location as a wheelchair friendly location.

It's probably got something to do with the fact that I smell french fries almost every time I wake up and I think of McDonald's but whatever it's a good place to eat Vegetarian options: Vegan and vegetarian are different so it would be hard for me to say cuz I pretty much eat anything Dietary restrictions: I don't think that this day and age anybody should be telling other people what they should and shouldn't eat you should be smart enough to know by now...... Parking: There's a huge parking lot even if you can't find a space at the actual store location there's still open spaces there's a lot behind it for parking and there's a lot next to it for parking Kid-friendliness: There's a humongous play area right on the front of the building you can see it from the street Wheelchair accessibility: Yes

Most likely the worst McDonald’s in Lansing i ordered through the app spent $30 just to only get one of my meals I can’t get my money back through app nothing I’m done with McDonald’s

The service was horrible. The girl taking our order in the drive thru 3-10-20 @ 10:52 am...your trash and if you don't like your job why don't you quit instead of having such horrible customer service and a ghetto rachet attitude. You ugly personality makes you such an ugly person !!!! The order was rang up incorrectly and rushed, got to the window told the gu at the window that the order wasn't right so he attempted to fix it and as he did he must have deleted half my order. So I get to the window and the rachet rude girl realized it but was like oh well you gon have to go back around. Um excuse me ? She knew what my order was and refused to even help. So then she hands me the bag says this is what was paid for you can go back around . So I asked for the manager who I watched get out of her vehicle in the parking lot and come in. She wasn't even in the restaurant to pay attention to how rude and ghetto her employees were. She came to the window after we sat and waited for about 5 minutes and just was like um what's the problem I just handed her my bag and the receipt and said just give me a rq3efund. Management sets the tone and sets the standards for the store and clearly this store has no direction or standards this is the 2nd visit to this store and the last the first visit was just as bad.

Everytime I get food here they mess something up, it's as if the employees are completely illiterate

It was clean and fast for me. I walked in with just one small order. Other's with large orders were waiting.

I asked for ranch and they gave me barbecue not happy
