Domino's Pizza

It took over an hour to get 2 simple pizzas. They weren't even cut when they arrived. When I called to ask about the status, the person had no ability to communicate the issue. You need to pay people better so you get better people. I will not be patronizing you again.

Tonight i got a medium pizza and i went to grab it from the window. The person handing the order was so rude to me. I asked for a napkin and a plate and she barely handed that to me and shakes her head and i couldn’t hear what she said behind me though . I felt disappointed ☹️

Was told my $20 trade dollar certificate wouldn't be accepted because they couldn't prove it was or wasn't counterfeit and then proceeded to keep my certificate and expect me to pay full price for what should have been a free pizza

I ordered about 25 minutes before my lunch break at work. I get there and there is only one person working which is pretty unacceptable during lunch hour. My food wasn’t even started yet which I wasn’t mad about because there was only one person doing everything! This poor guy is so stressed out, doing everything by himself. I really wanted to not go back to work so I could help him!!! I feel like I was probably the only person not mad and completely understanding because I’ve been in his position! I told him I wanted to cancel not because I was upset, but so he would have one less order to make. He was ready to walk out and I would be surprised if he didn’t. Shame on the manager and the owner of this location. If you don’t have enough staff to work you should close down. It’s not fair to the person working or the customers.
