Very good service and the staff was friendly!
Typical McDonald's, love they fries
Customer service just isn’t what it used to be anywhere!!
We went to this McDonald's 2 nights ago. Ordered a little more than $40 worth. We went inside placed our order and waited and waited and waited. We went inside because the last time we went through the drive through the employee was so terribly rude that I refused to try that again. Well, we finally received our order and checked the bags to see if it looked like we received the proper amount of items. When we drove home and sat down to eat we had 2 single fish sandwiches but we paid for 2 double fish sandwiches. As a matter of fact the labels on top of each box read "Doubles". The fries were apparently cooked hours before. I tried to call back to alert them about our issues but the phone was off the hook and it remained that way until closing. In this 'book' with this horribly high economy; 2 strikes and your out!! On to bigger and better. No more $40.00+ from McDonald's!!
Even with a low fast food expectation this place is bad. No OJ, biscuit was hard, burned my lip on the hashbrown. Poor employee attitude.
Drive thru ordering. I could barely finish my sentences without her saying "is that all?!" She must've asked me 6 times while ordering 2 combos and a mcflurry. Customer service training is lacking so much in the fast food industry. We're expected to pay a minimum of $20-$30 for 2 burger and fry combos, but then leave knowing the company doesn't care enough about the customer to provide and enforce proper basic customer service skills. The food was hot and tasty, so props to the kitchen staff though!
Extremely rude when I just said Hello!
