McDonald's

This is by far the friendliest staff and the cleanest McDonald's I have been to on Fresno. Fast service everytime.

Honestly, the quality of food and atmosphere depends on the time and who's working, lol, but 8 times out of 10, your food will be hot and ready for your consumption with some of the best greeters and service people.

I've been to a few McDonalds in Fresno and at of all of them, this one is pretty bad. Most of the time, my experience isn't too bad. I don't usually have to wait too long but there are times were the wait time is just ridiculous. For example, I had to wait 20 minutes for 2 mcdoubles and 2 mcchickens. About 4 People that ordered after me were getting their orders before me. I'm generally a person who doesn't complain about wait time because I've worked in food service before so I understand things can go wrong sometimes but to wait 20 minutes for just 2 mcdoubles and 2 mcchickens is unacceptable. The kitchens should've been prepared at that time of day. This is probably some sort of failure on management.
