Did it again order 3 happy meals cheeseburger plain and one with lettuce and tomatoes and two of them came with everything really disappointed.

I’m a regular customer that gets coffee every morning, because I work graveyard shifts I often get food from here too so I do spend a lot every month at this Macdonald but the customers service is very bad , rude , uncooperative and after spending all this money monthly here when you ask them to give you a cup of hot water here they make such a big deal like they such a big corporation cannot afford to give out a cup of hot water they insult you badly through each window every person at the window will first look at you like why are u here to get anything get lost you can already tell they are not happy to see the customer that’s the body language then the language verbally is like awful they are rude and unhelpful this Macdonald should shut down if they are not ready to give customers what they need or have good customers service the business is about customers so it’s not like collect your check and go home and treat customers like they have come to beg for food and you’re doing a favor to customers, it’s totally a loosing business I’m taking my business to Starbucks will get my coffee from there no problem there customer service is so much better. They really treat customers like valued customers This Macdonald doesn’t deserve no stars

Two children and their two friends visited a fast food restaurant last Saturday for lunch, where they ordered McChicken meals. By the evening, three of them fell ill, experiencing symptoms of diarrhea and vomiting. Upon inquiry, they mentioned that the chicken in their meals seemed undercooked, and they had discarded parts of it. It appears that the illness was caused by the improperly cooked or potentially expired chicken. This incident was surprising and disappointing, especially coming from a well-known fast food chain.

I’m sure what some of these good reviews. Every time I come to this McDonalds the employees always seem mad and if you ask for something they give attitude. I was going to sit down and eat my lunch in their today and I had to leave because I couldn’t stand the feeling that he hated me lol… if you don’t like your job find another the people there are not meant for customer service
