There were seven of us for dinner for my son's college graduation. We had to ask for bread. We had to ask twice for butter. I asked if they had honey mustard dressing and the waitress shook her head yes and went away and brought me back a container of mustard. The waitress never really spoke only shook her head yes and no. Our waters were never refilled. On the bright side, we all had something totally different and everyone said their food was delicious. I had the kale and beet salad with grilled chicken and it was amazing.
Got my haddock dinner to go. It's as good as it looks! The staff was also very friendly!
We went there for Easter brunch. Except fruit salad everything else was like hotel breakfast. They had two shrimps on a skewer which was finished fast not even good quality They had 3 different cakesf from costco i think as desert. No juice .only think they didn't add was coffee. $55 a person. We would never go back there
Visited the restaurant recently. Food was ok. Where the restaurant falls short is service. Service was painstakingly slow and nonexistent. Felt like the staff had zero training and many other guests were sitting idly by, as well. Unacceptable and will not be visiting this restaurant again. Been coming here often for about 6 years. Management needs to address these issues or they will lose business to competitors
Really nice atmosphere and good service. Food was really good and healthy. The wait to get our food after ordering was quite long though.
The restaurant is located in a fabulous place, but the experience we had was really terrible. For lunch, I ordered "wagyu top sirloin steak with fries" (replaced with salad)—dry, overcooked, not tender at all (it cannot be proved, but it seems to me that it's not wagyu at all). The worst service I can recall in the last 2 years: - the waiter didn't give us a set of missing utensils; - he didn't help a family with kids sitting aside from us, when they split some drinks on the table; - when we finished our lunch, we waited for 30 minutes to be asked if we needed a desert menu, a bill, or at least to clean the table
Best ribs! Kid-friendliness: High chairs readily available, plenty of room between tables
