McDonald's

The worst McDonald's experience I've had in a long time. I waited in line at the drive-thru for 45 minutes with only two cars in front of me. I got to the window and the only 2 employees there were arguing, one threatening to walk out. I ordered a mango pineapple smoothie and the cup was only 2/3 full. As the employee was handing me my drink he looked at it and said "wow I would complain about this, it's not even full". It puzzles me that he didn't fill it up after making that comment. The food was cold and ice cream machine was not working. It's better to drive a bit farther to the McDonald's on Harrisburg Pike.

I ordered a McChicken and a vanilla cone instead got two vanilla cones and a Mc burger

The 3rd shift manager dash spit in my food and denied a refund bc she was mad at my brother they also short peoples pay checks and they fire people for no reason they have dirty rat traps with rats in them

McDonald's is always good! Not all of the locations have the best customer service . Highly recommend them.

Under staff and I had to wait 45 minutes for my food I'll never go back
