Terrible service @ counter. Asked if she could help me with App. She stared blankly at me & said, you gonna order ??? I said, in trying to order off the App. She walked away back to kitchen area. I called, HELLO ?? She came back & said you finally ready ?? I finally said, I guess, since you're not ready to help. She took order, I paid FULL price, then took 14 minutes to get order. Handed to me, no thank you, no kiss my Arce. NOTHING. I wouldn't recommend THIS Coconut Creek location. My order # was 79 @ 10.50 AM.

Gentlemen at the drive thru window was the most unprofessional. I’m not sure if he was on drugs or just very sleepy. Handed me my food with his head down. Wasn’t able to get a name because he had a gray hoodie on. I asked for some napkins, he came back to the window only to wave them around my hand making me chase his hand for the napkins. So strange. I just drove away. Just stay away from here. If management of corporate really cared they can pull up their cameras. This happened 1/16/2024 about 10:40 pm. I was in a Grey Honda Civic.
