Dunkin'

Went earlier today(Around 3-5)and had a horrible experience with the young lady working there. She seems to have an attitude problem and it needs to be put in check because that ruined my whole dining experience at Dunkin’ Donuts today. I don’t think in my plentiful years of living have I seen such outrageous garbage customer service.

to the young man who just served me through the drive-through, you blessed my day I had asked if there were any churro donuts left and they weren’t so I said surprise me and he gave me two. I just got my whole day sobbing, so thank you for that lol

Hashbrowns are like chewing on tire rubber Edit: Now that I have more freedom over my time and making more money, I will never, ever again come to this Dunkin. Many bad memories of the service and the food. Even if it’s conveniently located for you, it’s worth losing 6 minutes to go to a different store. Wake up a little earlier and have a more dignified breakfast.

Drive thru is just horrible even with using the app to order ahead. They always get the order wrong, or the food is burnt. Drink always make my drink wrong…it’s like they give me someone else order they messed and just the sticker on it for my order…today I ordered 2 bagels toasted with cream cheese, they were burnt and dry because they barely had cream cheese on in. Also ordered a caramel iced coffee and they definitely gave me hazelnut…Looks like I am just going to have to pay the extra money to go to Starbucks, at least I know my order will be right and it will taste good.

Los on coffe wasn’t secure. Took a sip and burned myself with coffee and ruined my shirt. Called non stop to speak to mgmt and phone number doesn’t allow to ring more than one time

Ask for a cinnamon bagel toasted and it was burn, and the drink was disgusting
