I stopped in after ordering on the mobile app and was informed promptly and professionally by an employee that I ordered the same thing twice. She asked if it was a mistake and the app had indeed glitched and ordered twice. She was going to take the time to explain how I could get a refund on one through the app , but the manager overheard the conversation and wasted no time in refunding the second charge directly to my card via mobile wallet. The food was fresh , hot, and prepared with care, and ready before I could finish a text. Thanks again to this helpful employee and manager
