Our son got the flu and the moment he felt better and got his appetite back, one of the foods he craved was a McDonald’s hamburger. I’m selective in how often he can get fast food but decided to stop by and surprise him with the hamburger he asked for. I ended up getting one myself (a rarity for me) and having ordered from other fast food chains, I was surprised that the hamburger was fresh and warm and came with fresh (not wilted) lettuce and fresh tomatoes. I ordered the #4 deluxe (crispy/spicy chicken) #7 deluxe burger. It wasn’t busy when I stopped by which could have made a difference.
Can't add the photos. I couldnt get my food because I was running late, and the app says the store has to give me the refund. I called, and the cashier said she cant cancel it, but it should cancel and refund me automatically. Im guessing this will take a full day, and Im trying to cancel so I can re-order, but McDs doesnt want to make an app where I can cancel my own order. Since the multi-billion dollar company's app doesn't work, I'm just submitting the complaint here. Still waiting for this refund, and for this corporation to catch up with the rest of the world's food apps and let me cancel a stupid order by myself. Second picture shows a drop-down menu it required me to select, that doesn't do anything when I click on it, let alone allow me to make a selection.
