Went through drive through and was fast. Got ice cream for grandkids

Very poor customer service. Google and the posted store hours on the front door state that they open at 5am. Everyday. I asked if they can let me in since my work vehicle doesn’t fit in the drive thru and with a rude attitude I was lectured on how they opened at 6am. The lobby was completely disgusting and not clean. Very disappointing experience

Jon was exceptional as he helped me add egg and cheese to my order after I ordered, upgrading it (I payed for)to a meal. The fact that he was patient enough to handle it and go above and beyond in that moment meant a lot. I own a moving company and was out of town from Houston Texas.
