This used to be the McDonalds I’ll go to because it’s in my area. But after receiving the HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I RECEIVED WHEN PICKING UP MY FOOD THAT I PAID FOR & ORDERED I will not be visiting this location ever again.

Once again I thought that I would give them another opportunity to impress but they failed again. The food was not what I ordered and it was such a chore just so they would make it right!!

Manager tonight was rude! She need to fix her facial expressions or find a new job!

I asked for the simplest order for my daughter: Two cheeseburgers with EXTRA PICKLES( because this location gives one pickle per burger). Why did I receive NO PICKLES AT ALL?! Then you have the audacity to charge me for something I did not get. This location is by far THEEEEE WORST McDonalds in Cobb County Georgia. Poor customer service and they clearly do not follow directions or read. I will be going to the location on Marathon Circle as well as the location off of Powder Springs Street going forward. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO NO ONE!
