Captain D's

I had the worst customer service here recently The young man at the window was very rude. When he realized he wasn't going to upset my day he made me wait at the drive thru for 20 minutes. This used to be my favorite place to dine at now it's not because of this cashier. Very sad

The Country style fish was a bit wet under the batter. It could use another minute or two in the fryer. The fish was okay inside. The Okra had mostly a tough outside, like splinters. This is the first time I've had this problem. The ones that got regular fried fish said it was great.

The fish was more the size of fish sticks it looked like they had cut it in half . I will never go back .

Unbelievable experience. Ordered a 10 piece family meal and extra. Was told the establishment was open until 10 pm. Made order before 730pm. Walked in to pick it up and had to wait as employees ignored me and talked among themselves. After some time and employee said they was cleaning the grease trap and would be a 40 minute wait at least. Responded with guess I will wait since I ordered online and already paid for it. While waiting there was another couple there and not only did they have food but kept coming up and ordering more food and getting items and going back and eating while I sat there as they was extremely rude waiting for my food. Then they leave a message saying they want to talk to me but nothing. No response which explains why terrible service.

Captain d's is one of my guilty pleasures. Unfortunately, the vast majority of their restaurants are abysmal. Poor service, dirty dining area, always good food though. This one is the exception. At least the night we went. The staff was very nice and quite attentive! The dining room was shockingly clean. Obviously it's a super old restaurant, like every other captain d's they too were last remodeled in the 90s, but they have kept it in great shape. And of course, the food was great tasting per usual. This may be the nicest captain d's I've ever been to. Kid-friendliness: High chairs and nice staff that helps you when your hands are full

I had never been to this one. I usually go to the Villa Rica one but I was happy with the food at that location. Went through the drive through but the service was very sweet and a pleasure. I don’t know about the atmosphere inside.

Great Cod fish , Perfect batter and sides. Excellent Captain D's tartar sauce.

So I go there today and there is 3 male employees just sitting in the lobby. No one answered the call box when I waited and waited I finally drove around back near the lobby they wouldn’t make eye contact with me at all today is 1/16/2024 it 6:35 this happened about 10 min ago now I’m at chic-fil-a way better service. Please look at the cameras because this is such a upsetting incident which also they had the lights out early yesterday
