Fair prices , delicious food!!
Went for a rehearsal dinner, food and service was amazing and the outdoor patio was perfect for what we were there for.
We made reservations and were excited for Easter dinner. When we arrived we were seated in a booth which was freezing. We tried to ignore the temperature but could not due to the fact that when we sat down the air conditioning blowing on our food turned it cold instantly. We asked the waitress if it was always cold and she brushed us off saying she was hot. I had to go up to the entrance hostess to request another seat. We asked for a different seat and were accommodated with an outdoor seat. When we sat outside our table was swarmed with 10-15 flies which we had to swat at in order to eat comfortably. Our waiter outside was unorganized, spilling food and gravy down his shirt. My son in law picked the salmon which was undercooked in the middle. The crepes were soggy and not cooked properly. The uncured ham was as dry as a Popeyes biscuit with no beverage. The whole experience was disappointing and landed us with a 260+ dollar bill. It was not worth it and I would NEVER recommend to anyone.
We just had an unbelievable experience for Easter Brunch.... we have eaten at the best of the best Capital Grille Ritz.... the quality here was by far the best.... @ $30 pp .... didn't go for the price .... but was delighted with the quality !!
Fantastic service, superb food, wonderful atmosphere. Live music really set a fun vibe for the whole restaurant. Mae, the manager, made sure our experience was top notch! She was extremely professional, kind and helpful - I thoroughly enjoyed it with my family and highly recommend. Delicious food. Sweet potato with the salmon dish was wonderful. Great flavor on the dressing on the beet salad and grouper was wonderful. Great service and atmosphere.
dinner for anniversary...wife ordered filet med rare (rare per waiter) and was cooked medium...as the manager (italian) happened by and asked how the steak was and we said over cooked...in 6" she had a replacement "rare" filet with the sides included...delicious...food was very good service the best...wine well priced...and the manager boxed up the medium filet for breakfast...we'll be back...thank you...ron and sue
