Oh my goodness, this was one of our best dining experiences ever and we have tried some amazing place in many major cities. Got a drink at the hotel bar to start and the bartender filled us in on all the things to try in the restaurant. For dinner we started with an appetizer which was like a Spanish bruschetta. Toast with tomato’s and anchovies on top. Delicious! We both got Spanish wines. A red and a white which were very good. For dinner we order a paella with scallops and shrimp. Amazing is the only way to describe it. Finished with a crustless cheese cake with blackberry compost. Really good. The servers and staff were on top of everything and so kind. We ate outside around the pool and is was very romantic. Definitely go here if you can!
Went for Piano Bar show on Saturday. Great drinks and great staff. Victor is very talented and knows how to work an audience Cons: sound system and acoustics are pretty bad. It echoes a lot. Not sure what the right solution is to this. Also, if you don’t get there early you probably won’t get a seat in the lounge without “taking care” of a manager. Otherwise, they’ll put you in the dining room where you can barely hear. However, it is Miami so this is probably normal.
Ottimo ristorante di vera cucina spagnola, paella negra e pian tomate ottimi.
The place is fantastic, and the service is very good too, and the girl at the bar, I think her name was Pilar, was very friendly and very pretty, I loved her personality!
I came here with someone who had been here before and said it was good. I was not disappointed the food was delicious and our server was fantastic. This is what we ordered: Patatas Bravas, Spanish cheese platter, kale salad, heirloom tomatoes, Chorizo, octopus, mussels, scallop crudo and the ham croquetas. We sat on their lovely patio overlooking the palms and the pool and had cocktails, Hibiscus Beauty and Pear With Me and a bottle of Temperanillo. We had a great time. Can’t wait to come back.
The restaurant is in the national hotel. Definitely recommend sitting outside. Inside there was some interesting live music. Ambiance outside was excellent and food was superb. Drinks took a little bit to arrive but they were delicious. We tried a lot of the tapas. Octopus, artichokes and croquettes were amazing. The black paella was great the cheesecake was 2 die 4 #yummy
We dined here on a Wednesday with our daughter and her boyfriend. Service was excellent and super attentive and suggested dishes did not disappoint. We enjoyed Jamon Iberico, pan con tomato, artichoke, Spanish octopus, kale salad, branzino, and short rib. Everything was absolutely delicious! I recommend Mareva unreservedly!
Excellent restaurant with unique and delicious food menu and wonderful atmosphere. The staff were excellent. I highly recommend the bone marrow appetizer and the black paella.
Amazing food, best Paella (vegetarian) I’ve had. Our waitress was super friendly and professional, yummy cocktails and beautiful design! Didn’t feel like a hotel restaurant but the atmosphere was great. Right after the dinner we sat in the lobby and could enjoy the piano man and a singer. Great end of the evening. Highly recommended for a date night!
