Feels more like a sports bar and pizza is the side business. Ordered for dine in. Waited almost 45 min and no pizza. I finally went to check on our order and discovered it was sitting with to go orders for almost a half hour. No one called my name or brought the pizza over. No apologies. Lived in the neighborhood for 25 years and decided to try it for the first time... It is also the last time.
The last two times I have ordered from this place and the order has been late or incorrect. Ordered at 6:25 today and now expected delivery time is 8:05. They said they only had one driver and it was sitting there. Managers have been apologetic and all, but this is ridiculous. They used to be the fastest, most reliable place in the area.
My daughter's 14th birthday was that day. After they painted ceramics, we came for pizza. They all had a good time and atmosphere was great. They loved the pizza and breadsticks
Very quick take out, ready when I got there. My entire family loves the quality and taste of all three flavored pizzas. Thanks
Don’t know what happened but this place went downhill FAST. Orders take 10x longer than they should, phone calls are ignored, staff is rude and belligerent.
I am so sick of coming in here to pick up my pizza and staring at it for 5 minutes while it sits in the window before someone acknowledges the line out front. To add insult to injury , my pizza was missing two items that I added to it and missing the garlic sauce cup which happens on almost every order. This place has been in decline for the past two years when it comes to customer service and they still don’t have it figured out. It’s very hit or miss but lately a big F+ with the small details (order accuracy) and lack of awareness at the customer counter. The service was friendly when I was finally acknowledged but I’m never met with an apology about having to wait EVER and this review is based on multiple instances over the past year and probably longer. I’m finally just pissed enough to leave a bad review. The pizza part they have down , I don’t think I’ve had a bad pizza since they’ve opened except maybe a few extra greasy ones here and there.
Staff at the location in Westminster are extremely rude. This isn’t just one time I have had this experience, but everytime I go into that store. Staff do not greet or acknowledge customers, then when they finally do, they don’t speak, they just look at you like “what do you want”? I can live with the mediocre food and no sauce for my Pizzoli. The big thing for me is the ride staff with zero customer service skills!
We order two pizzas, a specialty and the hot honey magnifico and they were delicious .
