Marco's Pizza

First time writing a review of a restaurant but this place has gone down the drain over the past year/year and half. Place used to be amazing a couple years back. The past few orders have been nothing but mistakes over the past year. Wrong pizza sizes, missing sauces, lazily made pizzas. New overhaul of staff are super rude and generally just sit around in the back on their phones. They seem to get upset and get attitudes when you speak English to them for some reason; had two older female employees get snarky because as a hispanic I spoke in english on separate occasions. No issue speaking in spanish if needed but no need for the attitude. They've also charged extra to myself and known friends/family compared to what the price was supposed to be for online orders on multiple occasions. The problem is usually fixed after the confirmed order price is shown but with major attitude. On one occasion they were going to charge full price on a special/discount order because the current employee didn't know how to update a special. Urged I just take the pizza for this one time ($30-40 price difference) and i'll just save the special for the next visit. I respectfully refused and said not to worry, i'll just defer the pizza and suddenly the employee knew how to correct the order. I dont really eat from this Marcos anymore unfortunately.

I am gladly it middle pizza free from the letter mail.

I wanted to re-edit my review because obviously you do not answer through Facebook or anything else as an owner. I’m very disappointed that you allowed a trash girl to run your business. She was rude and shame on you for allowing her to treat your customers. the ones that pay your bills and her salary for her to treat them the way that she treated me, but it’s not her fault you are the one that allowed that to happen because maybe you should pay somebody a little bit more money that has a little bit more class I looked at your website and there’s a lot of people going back months. They have complain about her and you have done nothing. Shame on you.

Not the first time called for a delivery. They got order wrong. I think because I speak English. I called to report the mistake. And because she couldn't talk to me in English. She put me on hold and I ended up bringing the pizza back myself. Still on hold, she's on the phone. Taking the other orders while walking to bring back the pizza. Granted, I am still in hold 10 minutes later. I used to order from here all the time not anymore. I ask for a refund that give me $8. No taxes very disappointed.

I love Marcos! Amazing deals and delicious pizza. I come twice a month for their specials on the medium pizzas only 7$!! Can't beat that. Authentic pizza. I highly recommend.
