Was given the wrong order, when we asked for a refund they said they had kept our pizza warm and would exchange the pizzas and comp us a free dessert. Went back to exchange the pizzas and were told no free dessert.
No one answers the phone. Website says you guys close at 11. No one answers after 9???
Once again, this location has proven incompetent. Had a 2hr heads up and still managed to deliver cold, unedible pizza 45 minutes late. Straight to trash.
The pizza was good but I would definitely not suggest ordering a salad. My salad that I received was filled with water and I could only eat the top part of it because the middle and bottom part was filled with water not really sure why. Sadly the salad was what I was looking forward to the most but it was extremely watery and I couldn't even finish it because it was basically a soup.
made an order, it was 20 minutes late, it was WRONG!!!! Tried to call and was on hold for 50.........50 minutes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT EVER CALL THESE IDIOTS ever
I understand that Friday night is busy. But if you’re going to take an hour and a half to deliver a pizza from 3 1/2 miles away, with an app that won’t let you track the driver, the least you could do is make sure that the driver is using an insulated bag, if not an actively heated container. Pizza was pretty much room temperature by the time we got it!
I found some practices a bit unsanitary. From what I understand it’s “better to make pizza without gloves”, but on separate occasions I’ve witness a worker wrapping up a sandwich with his bare hands. Another time he wiped the sweat from his forehead and then continued on placing food in their containers. I will say the first couple of orders I had were pretty good. But the last order was made incorrectly. But after seeing what I have, I’m just praying he wasn’t the one who handled my food.
My boys love their pizza . It’s tasty and made freshly .
Daniel is the best most caring efficient delivery driver I’ve ever had. He is your shinning star don’t loose him. My dogs love when he comes by.
