Wendy's

this is the most awful fast food establishment i have ever witnessed in my life. i don’t even know where to start, first of all i got two separate orders and the guy at the front charged both to one card. it took forever to get the manager over to get my refund so we could pay on the other card. when i got my refund it was given back in dollar bills and change. we finally get to the second window to get our food after 15 minutes. and to a great surprise we have the completely wrong sauces and no fork for the baconater fries the bacon was clearly old the burger had an extreme amount of ketchup they forgot my frosty we got no napkins and no straws. and to top it off everyone in the store but the manager was rude and this took this long when we were one of the only two cars in the drive thru.

We used the drive thru and the Hispanic cashier at the second window was very rude. He kept closing the window wouldn't listen as I was only asking for salt & pepper. He was in a hurry he came back to the window 3 times and never let me speak. He only kept saying that everything I ordered is in the bag. He never heard me, I didn't get my salt & pepper. And I won't be back there after this man was so rude. And we were the only customers there. Wheelchair accessibility: Yes

I picked up a quick dinner after soccer practice for my daughter, because it was her birthday and she loves wendys chicken nuggets, and this Midway Wendy's managed to mess up the entire order. They left out my daughter's 10 chicken nuggets, arguably the most important part, then left out my large fries, which were a rewards redemption, so lost 400pts there, then my son's 4 for 4 Jr cheeseburger, which I ordered with no cheese because he is lactose intolerant, had cheese on it. No one got a complete order. This wendys location is the worst I have ever been to. Only keep trying it because it is so close to the house, and they don't fail to disappoint everyone. Just don't go here. It is the worst run Wendy's in the country.

Friendly staff, quick service, and clean dining room. The have a soda machine that beats any other place that I have visited. Vanilla, orange, caffeine or none, etc.

This specific location NEVER opens up on time. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve stopped at this location anywhere from 6:30am to 6:45am and it’s never open even though they have a big sign on the window stating they start serving breakfast at 6:30am. Can’t really rate the food as I’m never able to get any.

The spanish guy in the Drive-Thru was rude about a coupon that didn't work.
