My son and his friends worked here and the owner ran off with pay. Now all of a sudden it’s closed down.
I purchased an extra large pizza online and when I got to the restaurant no one was there and they were supposed to be open over an hour ago and no one is answering the phone 2hrs later I’m dispute the charges on my card and cancel the order
I placed an online order, came to pick it up the lights are out and the place is closed. Now how the hell do I get my money back? Smfh
They dont want to answer the phone
*Update (As of 1/1/24): When given my information via social media, Marco's Pizza STILL did not contact me after weeks of waiting. Their feeble attempt to rectify their mistake is virtue signaling at its finest. Do not waste your time or money. I ordered a signature pizza and garden salad online on 11/29, but they were out of all salads at the time of pick up. They said they'd refund the salad back to my card, but that has yet to happen. I've called with no answer. I've gone to the actual store. The employee working gave me the manager's, Keno, personal phone number to call him myself, which I found really weird. Keno has not replied to the voicemail I left him trying to remedy the issue. I'm on the verge of calling my bank to dispute the charge entirely. Look, I get it. It's not a lot of money, but it's my money and I'm not paying for products I did not actually receive. Unfortunately, this seems to be the only way to gain the attention of this business. Save yourself the frustration and order from a more professional restaurant.
Only one person working. He did his best on getting my pizza order. Despite my veggies still slightly raw. Very clean store.
***Went to the website in the response, nowhere to send in feedback. Only a FAQ page that says to call the location. THE LOCATION IS THE ISSUE. They should have their franchise stripped and given to someone else that can handle it. Still can not order online or on the phone. Must be a front if they are still in business. They are not selling pizza. Don't plan your night around getting pizza from here ever. They randomly turn off ordering online when they don't have enough staff, which is often, then will not answer the phone. The manager seriously needs to pay people more so they can be fully staffed and operational as a Marcos Franchise. So try and place an order, but always have a back up plan as they can not be relied upon.
The guy in the front handled the register then went straight to handling food. No gloves or hair net in sight and he was scratching in his hat and kept constantly scratching and rubbing his nose
Very good pizza at an affordable price, I enjoyed the new pizzaloi.
