Good food, kind of a hole in wall atmosphere

I got seated and was given chips but nobody took our order after 20 minutes so I left.

Great place to eat. Right portion of food and cost.

When I stopped, I enjoyed tasty, fresh, gluten-free king salmon tacos.

Disappointing. I didn't get what I ordered, but the server never returned after we received our food. The host scraped it into the trash without asking why I didn't eat it. I didn't make a fuss, I paid and left, but I won't return.

Best Mexican food in Juneau, hands down. We go here on a pretty much biweekly basis. I mostly get the enchiladas plate, but occasionally I shake things up by getting the tacos plate. Both are sublime. A tip? Ask for two sauces; I usually get mole and verde. And now I'm hungry. Vegetarian options: They have a fake meat option!

I had Mar y Sol’s terrific Mexican food at a meeting where their food was brought in. The tacos were fantastic, especially the salmon and halibut options. Beans, rice, salsas, and guacamole were also good. Highly recommend this excellent local spot.
