The location was great, the people working were amazing. But the food was very subpar. It was very reasonably priced. If the food were better I would have come back often

Creamy smooth and flavorful hummus. Pita bread had a nice texture and taste. The tabouli was fresh and herb rich. Good options for vegetarians who are dining with meat eaters. Parking was nearby and free. A great place to find tasty and nutritious food served fast.

Not good. Just not good. Had to throw out half of this on overpriced junk. Commercial junk quality food, not authentic. Go to the Mediterranean grill. You won't be disappointed.

Falafel was cold. Tahini is horrible. Only 1 person working at 5pm! I love the West Village location. This is a huge disappointment

Customer service was not great. The cashier acted confused when I gave her my name for my pickup order; she was holding and staring at my order (and receipt with my name printed) for a about 4-5 minutes while asking me for my name and order contents. She finally asked for me to show her my order via my mobile device and only after studying closely the three items on the screen, she released my order to me. I asked about the quantity of baklava in one order and the woman attempted to charge me for two orders instead of one. Very strange interaction as a whole but things got weird when I asked if the grape leaves were supposed to be served hot or cold. Everyone was confused about how to respond. . . Not sure I’d return.

Very rude customer service. Front counter doubting if I ordered after I told my name and showed her the order on my phone. Please dont be surprised when you see other demographic of people ordering food from your establishment. Food is universal. Respect goes a long way.

Ordered 2 sandwiches one falafel other one was shawarma sandwich I got food poisoning been sick since last mess day at work almost ended up in ER. I’m still still in pain feeling discomfort.
