Love this place

Food was outstanding. I had the chicken alfredo with a side of broccoli. Everybody that was with me, they also loved their food. I forgot to take a picture of my plate but I did ask one of the servers what kind of balsamic vinegar they use because it is the best tasting one I've ever had so I got a picture of that.

Excellent service! April was our main server and she was so kind, patient, cheerful & accommodating with our large party of 13. All of the other servers (who assisted with platter service) were so very cheerful & efficient as well. They all made it seem like a wonderful place to work. The atmosphere of the whole place was classy & elegant, while still remaining approachable & warm. The food was fantastic in quality, appearance, flavor & timing of readiness. The family style menu is suggested for large parties, and I highly recommend this option. The timing of service is very efficient, and menu options aren’t compromised since they include many of their classics/favorites in the family style menu. From this menu, we selected (for our 2 starters) stuffed mushrooms and calamari. For our 4 main course items, we chose chicken piccata, lemon herb salmon, rigatoni “D” and shrimp scampi. Two salads and 2 desserts were also included, and beverages were bottomless including our mimosas and bloody mary cocktails. Our group of 13 not only left fully satisfied, but also left with boxes & boxes of leftovers to enjoy the meal again later. Great job, Maggiano’s of Costa Mesa! Stellar establishment!!

I like the service and the food (chicken Parmesan) Big plates and nice atmosphere

Was here for a wedding. The food was excellent. Atmosphere was what you would expect for old school Italian restaurant.

I love it here. The food is always great, the atmosphere give off the true authentic Italian feeling. There is always a ton of food, in true Italian fashion so it is likely you are going to have leftovers. It is a bit pricey but with that said, you are usually getting more than one meals worth of food so it is worth it. I believe they also have a lunch special menu which is great, or at least they used to. Worth a look into.

Maggianos waitress are very slow, we stop going there for that reason.
