End of day affected food and service. Restaurant was clean

2nd or 3rd time eating at Lucilles. NEVER AGAIN. Called ahead asking what I could order that didn't have sugar. Even the manager didn't know menu/ingredients well. Arrive to a unfriendly "hostess" before 6pm, who took our name/number, THEN told us would be 20-30 minute wait. Dozens of empty tables. Then same stone face seated us on cold porch without asking if we were okay with that. My husbands food was awful. His full rack ribs were very overcooked, dry & stringy. His cole slaw bitter, beans soupy. My ribs and brisket were good, without sauce. But info was wrong... brisket tasted sweet! BUT... sauteed veg was 90% huge chunks of carrots. Even though I asked for light on carrots. Made them take it back. Took 15 minutes to return with my entire platter with vegetables done right. Husband decided not to send his back since mine took so long. Lastly... my wedge salad was good, but too little bacon and at least 1/2 cup of raw red onion huge slices which I took off. Dietary restrictions: I called ahead asking what I could order that didn't have sugar. Girl who answered tried but stumbled, didn't kmown id rib rub had sugar! Even the manager didn't know menu/ingredients well, took a VERY long hold... then gave wrong info. Ugh...

en esta ocacion compre comida para llevar y mientras esperaba, el personal fue muy amable y el lugar estaba muy limpio y ordenado, me encanto el lugar y pienso regresar otra vez, lo recomiendo On this occasion I bought takeout and while I waited, the staff was very friendly and the place was very clean and tidy, I loved the place and I plan to return again, I recommend it

Great bbq! My chicken was cooked perfect. And everything else was good.

Food is always great! Awesome customer service.
