Lube and Latte

I'm incredibly grateful for this shop. I've been working with them since 2018 with my 1998 4Runner. They have kept me safe and on the road this entire time. Chris has always been compassionate and direct with what's going on for my vehicle, what's necessary, and has doing everything he can to make sure things are done right. I had to sell my car and now moving out of the area and just hoping to find another shop that can do what these guys do. As a single mom, things have to be done right, and this team has been the best.

I love Lube and Latte. We have been taking our vehicles there for since they opened. They are always great and good pricing. We now have 2 teenagers driving so we seem to be taking a car in every other month.

****WOMEN DO NOT COME HERE**** In today's times, you would hope everyone is honest and, especially when it comes to cars, you would hope taking advantage of women would STOP! My girlfriend got a diagnosis, they listed 8 things and got quoted $1,500 (which is outrages). Out of those 8 I told her to get 3 things done. Unfortunately, she came back with 1 of those 3 things being done, and they added one extra thing at the last minute to this visit, a mass air sensor cleaner. Which doesn't need to be done on a small car that runs smoothly and has ZERO issues ruining problems! Also for that high of a bill they can't even cover a uber/lyft nor do they provide loaners. I hate to do this to a small business, but this is corrupt and scumy, nice touch with a free coffee, but that shouldn't justify the bad practice taking place here. So I reiterate, women please don't come here because it seems like they only listen to big tough men, and they wont screw over a big tough guy. Joke of a business and ashamed of Jeffco county has such establishment in their county.

Lube and Latte provided great customer service, honoring a warranty that the previous owner of the vehicle (also a Lube and Latte customer) had Ona new battery. Could not recommend them with more enthusiasm than I do - these guys are great! Very trustworthy!

This crew really went above and beyond for me (emissions first timer) when I had to get my cars (2016 Subaru STI) emissions, computer, codes, monitors to be Colorado correct. Automotive Evolution/ Lube and Latte team cleaned up what was required and communicated with emissions directly to set up a day to test it, and a my car was taken for me, assessed and passed. I picked up my car and was able to register it that same night. My car by the way had failed emissions “by appointment” 3 times, purely because the emissions “man” could not give me clear instruction as to exactly what needed to be done, so this was a blessing. Being able to put my trust in this crew to do the phone calls and the driving around to take care of it had made my year, for real. Even though it’s only February, they made my year! I’ve been seeing this place for my cars needs for the last 10 years, all my cars! And I’m thankful for their services!
