Louisiana Bistreaux Seafood Kitchen Perimeter

Delicious food. The food was fresh, and the dining experience was delightful.

Louisiana Bistreaux's food is absolutely amazing! I ordered the Redfish Louisianne and it was cooked to perfection with an abundance of flavors. I requested my shrimp and Etoufee sauce on the side due to its spiciness. Besides, I substituted the corn maque choux with green beans. If you are not a fan of pork, you can still enjoy their delicious dirty rice made with ground chicken. Trust me, everything was finger-licking good, especially if you are a seafood lover. The restaurant's environment is top-notch, and I was lucky to be there during their one-year anniversary celebration at the Perimeter location. Despite the busy atmosphere, the service was nothing short of fantastic. The waiters were amazing and ensured the customers received prompt and constant service. Furthermore, the Peach Margarita was out of this world! It tasted slightly different from a regular margarita but was still worth every sip. You won't regret trying it, and you might find yourself saying, "I'll take another one of these."

Shared a great evening with friends listening to jazz and eating amazing Shrimp Etoufee. The only thing better than the ambience is the food.

I absolutely hate given anyone a negative review but maybe this will help improve service. To start there was not a door marked for the entrance, so my husband and I along with another couple wondered around outside in the cold until we finally just tried a door that magically opened. The hostess was at the counter discussing an employment application with a lady and never acknowledged us or the couple behind us. We almost left until a guy came and seated us. We waited over 15 mins. No waitress, no water, no acknowledgment. I told my husband we’d wait 10 more minutes if no waitress we would leave. He was ready to go. I stopped the guy that seated us and asked for the waitress. He said, “ oh she’s on her way.” When she came out, she replenished the water of her other 2 tables while we continued to wait. She eventually came over with water. We ordered the fried shrimp and Angus burger. I guess it was the manager that brought the food out. He had the shrimp and a huge Ribeye. Not what we ordered. The steak was around 45 bucks or more I think. I was ready to go at this point. I told him that was not what we ordered and asked to see a menu bc I wanted to make sure I didn’t make a mistake. I ordered the Angus Burger NOT the Anugus Ribeye. The waitress owned her mistake and the manager gave us the Ribeye at the price of the burger. This was very generous and we were thankful, not for the but because we didn’t want to wait any longer on the burger. Never did the waitress give us more water. I had to share my water with my husband after he finished his. I was beyond ready to go. Sadly, I wanted to really like this restaurant because I love Louisiana cuisine, but I will not be returning. Hopefully this was an isolated incident and won’t happen to anyone else.

The food was AMAZING! The service with GREAT with Knisha, who was superb. The lamb chops was seasoned well and tender. I saw this restaurant on FOX 5 yesterday, and the atmosphere, too. I will be BACK!
