Einstein Bros. Bagels

It's been a while since I visited. I met a potential client there. It was impressive to see the menu expansion. I had a nice breakfast and atmosphere was perfect for our meeting.

Victoria is amazing!!! She is a needed friendly face and smile. She is the smile and “Heyyyyy” that I need every morning to get my day going in a positive way. Also, the food is great!!!

This location how to take care of the customer and build relationships. Kudus to the team for going an extra mile.

I was visiting from out of town, had never eaten at this establishment but I will totally be back.

Shocking, the coffee was hot. I know right?.. they were moving fast, things were being maintained, and the place was packed at 7am. One thing, please bring back egg bagels! ...no .. not eggs on bagels, old people know what I mean.

The bagels were amazing! Coffee was terrible. Never had an ice coffee that was warm. Had to clean our own table. Workers were loud at times. We don't have Einstein at home, when near one we try to go to it. Other than the coffee would return.

Wow... This place's customer service has really gone down the drain. I should have asked the the cashier's name working at 10:30a on 3/2, but she should not be working in customer service/retail. Came in this morning to order a few toasted salmon lux bagels. Cashier lady said they don't have salmon lux but have nova lux bagels do you want that instead? (in a very sassy and demeaning tone) Lady... Of course you know what I mean. We asked to have it cut in half for our group to share. She said no we don't cut salmon bagels as we use the same knife to cut other sandwiches. Funny, I've been here more times than I can count on my fingers and has never heard them saying they can't cut my bagel sandwiches in half. Also makes me pause and think how often they clean their knives when cutting customers sandwiches, if they even clean it at all. Anyways we got our bagel sandwiches and even though we asked for it toasted, it was the hardest bagel sandwiches I've ever had and guess what..... Not even toasted. While eating we witness another customer complaining they also got their order and it was wrong as well. Einstein, please step it up.

Friendly staff and quick turn around of caramel macchiato and cream cheese bagel. Both were delicious! Will visit again.
