The Carne asada fries at this location are nasty as hell compared to the other locations. I will never come back to this location.

i love louis burgers! always have! always will! but i just think it sucks and is lame that the carne asada fries are $10.95 but it’s only fries, cheese, meat and some sour cream or crema. what am i paying $11 for exactly?? where’s the pico, onions, cilantro, salsa, beans? come on y’all. i know inflation is wrecking it but veggies are still kinda cheap lmfao

Today we ordered three French toast combos and two with sausage and one with bacon I called the Resturant to let them know we didn’t receive the bacon for our combo and the lady on the phone gave me attitude and said I was lying because the cook said “he put it “ horrible service I ain’t retuning for bacon they should of put it in the first place . Also our French toast are more like dry bread these are not French toast horrible.

I don't want to be mean, but after my meal, I'm having trouble understanding how this place is still open or even has good reviews. The ranch is mayo with light ranch seasoning, thousand island is also just mayo with ketchup, the onion rings, were bland, absolutely no seasoning. The chili cheese fries were atrocious. Whatever that "chili" was needs works cause it definitely wasn't chili. And lastly, the burger, honestly, grossed me out. Not only was it very dry, but it had no flavor like everything else I ordered and wasted money on. The drive-thru reviews were spot on. They absolutely do take about 4 good years to get you in and out, only for the food to be horribly disgusting.
