The atmosphere and service were great! Loved celebrating a birthday here and had some amazing appetizers. The fish in the tanks seemed happy and were very nice to look at. Would recommend to anyone for a nice meal/drink. Prices were pretty affordable for being such a nice experience!
I've lived in Chicago for 7 years now, and this was, hands down, my favorite Restaurant Week experience. We visited a couple weeks ago and Lia was our server. She was very friendly, relaxed, and brought out our drinks and courses with perfect timing. We did two restaurant week menus and split everything, as well as added on a beer flight and cocktail flight. The whole total was an incredible value for how unique every drink and dish was. Fantastic lobster roll (just the way I remember them growing up in Boston for 8 years), and the Poke Tacos were crisp and the tuna was fresh. I will definitely be visiting this place more often, they have running deals and help support reef restoration as well. Amazing place!
went here on valentine’s day with my partner and we loved it. very cool atmosphere and kind staff. food was amazing as well! will definitely be coming back here in the future!
The place has a good atmosphere. It’s pretty peaceful with the fish tanks and the dim lights. The service was terrible. The waitress Leah kept forgetting our drinks or would take longer than 10 minutes to check in to see what we wanted next. It looked as though she was the only server on the floor. The pasta we ordered was cold, by the time we received our food we were too agitated to make a complaint. Overall work on customer service and preparing food in a timely manner to ensure it’s warm when it is received.
We waited 45 minutes to have our food order taken and then almost an hour to get our food. The food itself was decent and we almost got past the extremely long wait but then I had signed up for the “free app” on their website that morning and they said I couldn’t use it on the same day even though it doesn’t say that. Frankly, the app should’ve been free regardless after waiting nearly 2 hours to eat.
I love this place, but wouldn't recommend for Resturant Week. The drinks and atmosphere are amazing! Unfortunately, not the food. It didn't seem worth the $42. For example, the charcuterie board had like four grapes, one cheese, one kind of meat, and some store-bought pretzels from a bag. I cannot speak for regular meals throughout the year. I just suggest going somewhere else for Resturant Week. I certainly plan to go back, however! Mostly just for the drinks and atmosphere!
Went here on a whim for brunch during restaurant week. I got avocado toast and eggs Benedict and both were amazing. Everyone who works there is so kind, such a cool spot I will definitely be back soon.
Great place, very kids friendly! Staff is really nice and food is excellent! Decent size portions and very affordable!
Great happy hour specials! Loved the ambiance and very attentive service
