Lonesome Dove Austin

We love exploring restaurants in Austin, and Lonesome Dove is my absolute favorite. Every time we have been here, each dish we’ve tried is a 10/10. It is the perfect place to take people visiting Austin who want a taste of Texas, & is always a hit. The Elk sliders, pork chop and Orzo Mac N Cheese is truly out of this world!

I had a 14 Oz bison ribeye and was quite possibly the best steak I've ever had, cooked to perfection at medium rare, friendly and helpful staff

Love the ranch vibe of this place! Great cocktails, friendly staff, and a good bourbon selection. The food was spectacular! They gave my husband a card for his birthday which was a nice touch. I would eat here again!

Super sleepy vibe honestly. If you are looking for lively this place is not it. But the food was ok. Just super slow and too chill country which maybe you like but on a Saturday night I was hoping for at least upbeat music. Service wasn’t great.

This was the best restaurant I have ever had the pleaser of dinning at. All in all everything was amazing, the people the lighting. All together is the best place to go for a romantic dinner or just wanting amazing Quality food. You truly pay for what you are getting here!!
