Not a big fan of the area this ice cream shop is located at, but I love the ice cream here and it is quite affordable too for a good size

The workers attitudes are completely disgusting! No smile, no nothing. I heard them talking rudely about a customer after they left. I WOULD NEVER GO BACK!

Vegan oreo was nice, but the customer service and communication could have been alot better

They charge extra for spoons. Zero customer service skills. Employees select the tipping % before you pay. Absolutely awful experience I would never go back. Saw a roach as I was on my way out.

Honestly, if I could leave 0 stars I would. We went on a Sunday afternoon. There were 3 employees sitting down who did not greet us after already being inside the ice cream shop for about 3 minutes, we were the only patrons in the shop at the time. That should have been my first red flag to walk out. However, once I walked over and looked in their direction one of the women said to let her know when we were ready. They were very unwelcoming and rude. The lady serving us took the order, I repeated the order 3 times and I guess she could not hear me over her nasty attitude. Then another employee was called over to ring us up before the server even started scooping our ice cream, they do this as a tactic so that you can change your mind once you choose. Someone in my party asked for only 1 sample and was blatantly ignored by our server. Another person in our party was so turned off by the rudeness of all of the workers that they opted to not get anything at all. We had someone in our party visiting from out of town who loves Jamaican Ice Cream and I recommended we try this place because I had never been and I thought it would be good. The ice cream was good but very expensive and it wasn't good enough to overshadow the terrible customer service we got. Needless to say, I will not ever go back to this establishment. It's really sad and disgusting to be treated this way at a place you go to spend money and especially by your own people. There are other Caribbean ice cream shops in the area, if you are looking for one DO NOT go to this one!

I didn't get a chance to get ice cream. There were two workers present. They BOTH were unwelcoming. Once they figured out which of them were going to service me the first thing the lady asked is "what flavor"? Ma'am. I don't know the flavor I want or size. What about hello or welcome. However, I didn't say it (self control). I went there because I normally go to Cleveland Ice cream parlor in Miramar for vegan ice cream. It's by force not choice that I have to eat vegan icecream. Any who, I saw online that they have vegan ice cream. I asked the lady what flavors do the have on rotation because I only saw 3 options: Red stripe, Appleton rum and Pina colada. I dont want ANY of those. Needless to say, when I asked her all what flavors they make she said that they rotate weekly. I asked again because maybe she didn't understand me. She said the something. Maybe I asked for their monthly budget or something, I don't know. But I just walked out! I don't get it. A business needs consumers. Maybe she wanted me to drive there every week to see what flavors they have for vegan options. I have no clue. But I choose to walk away since she had already had me choose self control already. I knew that we were going to get anywhere with a sensible conversation! Horrible service and attitude!

I went there yesterday 1/17/2024 I knew what I wanted to buy, but I wanted to try the sorrel ice cream before I make my purchase. I asked the young lady for a sample of the sorrel icecream and she said there was no more sample spoons. I said what about the plastic spoons, she said it's not a sample spoon and I could only sample one flavor ice cream. Mind you, I only asked to sample the sorrel and that was it. She went back and forth with me over a sample with a ordinary plastic spoon which was very frustrating and rude. I bought the grapnut small cup which cost over $7 and it wasn't worth it. I ended up going across the street to another icecream store and bought a pint of grapnut for the same price which was way better and there customer service was excellent. I will never go back to this place.
