L&L Hawaiian Barbecue

Wow! There must be new cooks, management, or something because the quality of the food has significantly declined! First, I ordered Portuguese Sausage, eggs, and rice. Eggs were over cooked and dried. The sausage was sliced so thin! What a rip off. Second, ordered a Loco Moco. I sent it right back because the gravy was literally jelly! Gross! The second time they made it wasn't any better so ordered a refund. Also ordered a small beef plate and the meat was so tough, it was difficult to eat. We will never return here again.

highly recommend this place the food is amazing and the ladie at the counter was patient enought to help us with our order, try the seafood platter combination is delicious !

Fast food service, limited seating, great Kalua pork bowl. The sticky rice was perfect!

Dirty, smelly , small portions . Worst l and l in San Diego. I guess that's what you can expect for this neighborhood .

Way too cold in there. I had to put on a sweater, felt like a walk in freezer. Way too little cabbage on the plates. For some reason this location puts way too buch bbq sauce. It's like after they cook the meat or chicken they put raw bbq sauce on it and serve it. They don't cook it after.

Paid extra to upgrade my Mac salad to a “garden salad” and was dealt a few scant pieces of lettuce with no dressing, inside the same container (insuring it would wilt). Trash. And it took foreverrrrr AND it wrecked my stomach. Used to love L&L but this location is doo doo.
