I pulled up to drive thru and order a supreme and bryson took care of me with no attitude and fix the pizza exactly how I asked. Very good customer service and attitude. I will definitely be back to this lil ceasar. Thank you Bryson
rush hour negatively impacts the quality of the food and the service. the counter employees generally lack accountability. HOWEVER, in the 10% chance they get your order right it will SLAP with both hands.
After waiting in line for 30 minutes, I ordered from this place. Seemed like I was being rushed so I just ordered quickly, paid and left. I wish I looked at this before I drove off but I didn’t because I was just trying to get home to eat since I had a long day at work and couldn’t cook for my babies. This man charged me $15.20 for two cheese pizzas and look what I received! There was no sauce on it, it was dry, the cheese was burnt, and crunchy. I actually cried cause why do people like this. I hate eating out anyway and this is what they do. I’m making a huge complaint about this cause this is disgusting!!! They need to shut down if this is what they are gonna be doing to people. I hate Cleveland avenue and metropolitan the customer service is trash!!
